Our class is titled “Building a Career as an Editorial & Advertising Photographer” and we’ll cover the many facets of beginning a career in this dynamic industry.

The Mt. Taylor Quadrathalon is insane.
Runners World Magazine assigned me to document this 43 mile race in Grants, NM. The race constists of 4 parts; 13 mile road bike, 5 mile run, 2 mile (1200 ft. elevation gain) cross country ski, and 1 mile snow shoe climb to the peak of Mt. Taylor at 11,301 ft. After covering 22 miles and 4800 ft. of elevation gain, the race is only half over. The racers turn around and repeat all 4 events to arrive back at the start line in Grants.
